"יום השואה....והשנה קצת אחרת...
כ"ז בניסן, 21 באפריל - יום הזיכרון לשואה ולגבורה.
השנה לא יקיימו את יום השואה והגבורה בטקסים לקהל הרחב, הניצולים לא יוזמנו לעצרות הזיכרון, לבתי הקברות ולבתי הספר כדי לספר את סיפורם האישי ואת סיפור משפחתם.
למרות כל זאת השנה לא נשאיר אותם לבד עם הזכרונות והבדידות ונגיע לביתם של הניצולים על מנת להיות איתם ביום זה, קרובים בלב אך רחוקים מספיק כדי לשמור עליהם.
אנו קוראים לכל מי שרוצה לקחת חלק ולחבק אותם מרחוק, להעביר את המסר שלא שוכחים וזוכרים יחד איתם, להגיע לבית הניצול/ה ולהציע להיות נוכח איתם ברגע הצפירה, מעבר לדלת הפתוחה, בחדר המדרגות או בחזית הבית. לעמוד שתי דקות בדומיה ובהתייחדות עם הנספים ועם הניצולים.

This coming Tuesday, 27 Nissan, is Yom HaShoa, Israel's national Memorial Day for the Holocaust.
This year, there will be no ceremonies with large audiences. Survivors will not be invited to assemblies at cemeteries and schools to tell their personal stories and share their memories of their families and communities. With all of that, we will not allow the survivors to mark this day alone. We will reach out to the survivors where they are, coming close enough to share but far enough to keep them safe.
We invite all who are interested in embracing our survivors from the distance, all who wish to share the message that the survivors and victims are not alone nor are they forgotten, to go to the home of a survivor and stand with them, outside their open doors at the time of the memorial siren, uniting with them in this moment of silence.

We will be at survivors' homes on Tuesday at 9:45am, in preparation for the 10:00 siren.
